As for my family, we don’t have any interesting traditional recepies to share, but we used to cook baked apples on every holiday, so I decided to choose this dish for the blog. Here you’ll see the way to cook baked apples.

  • Take soft butter, nuts, sugar and mix it
  • Then take an apple and core the apple with a sharp knife, but do it really carefully. Repeat several times.
  • Stuff apples with everything that you prepared.
  • Pour some water on pan and put apples there. Water will prevent them from burning.
  • Put them in stove and bake them for about 40–50 minutes. The more you bake, the more soft they’ll become.
  • Profit! Your baked apples are ready. If you can’t understand something, you are free to look through this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLtIDKrH_u8&feature=emb_logo.

I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of Celebration, especially presenting gifts to my relatives, friends and girlfriend. I haven’t got any gifts, except one from my girlfriend, but I wasn’t upset, because I appreciated their attention to me, which no one can count in a material measures.
Also, I took some time to relax and think about my future. Still don’t like it. Anyway, I was worried about exams and started preparing for them very early. Hope that I will pass them. I’m so happy that I had a great opportunity to forget about studies for a short period of time and continue to develop my skills. Thank you for reading!

Of course, things are going onwards and I’m trying to do my best to not to miss the lectures and tasks, but I was ill and…
