This is a modified quote which I am going write this blog post on. We can experience different moods during the day and night cycle, some hours may be very important for us, but others won’t matter. While we notice such behavioral alterations, we try to adjust our schedule, according to them. I am, personally, a night owl, I can’t get up early and I try to use every opportunity to work hard at night to compensate for my sleep. Also, about an hour or so after the university, I spend on relaxing, but only if there is no need to go to work. Well, I guess it’s up to you personally to decide what schedule to follow, nowadays it is highly important to know your most effective hours.
